To register and maintain an account on vin345, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
vin345 reserves the right to carry out eligibility verification checks at any point. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the vin345 platform. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance or winnings held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vin345 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where that unauthorised use was enabled by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify vin345 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another currency specified during registration, subject to Operator configuration. Currency settings cannot be changed after account creation.
vin345 is required under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations to verify the identity of its Users. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, during a deposit above a specified threshold, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Deposits must be made using payment methods available to you at the time of use on the vin345 platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are subject to change. Funds deposited must originate from a payment source owned by and registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include bank transfer channels and digital wallet services. Payment method names referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as familiar local payment brands only. vin345 makes no representation that these providers support or endorse gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods, processing rules and applicable limits are determined by the Operator and by the policies of each payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where reasonably practicable, subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are indicative and may vary depending on the selected method and internal review requirements.
A minimum deposit applies per transaction. As an illustrative reference, this may be set at PKR 1,000 or the equivalent in another available currency. The applicable minimum at the time of your deposit will be displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. The Operator may levy an inactivity fee on dormant account balances in accordance with its prevailing policy, provided that any such fee does not reduce the balance below zero. You will be notified prior to any such deduction.
All bets placed on vin345 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.
A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet slip or confirmation reference from the Platform. In the event of a technical fault, communication failure or system error occurring between submission and confirmation, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the relevant stake.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between a User's submission and the Operator's acceptance, the Operator may accept the bet at the new odds or return the stake to the User's account.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement; manifest error in the odds published; evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or technical faults that materially affected the outcome.
Maximum winnings per bet or per day may be subject to limits as set by the Operator. These limits are published within the Platform's betting rules section and are subject to change.
vin345 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards and other promotional benefits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict on promotion-specific matters.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met before associated winnings can be released as withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's specific terms. As an illustrative example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed.
Bonuses not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are specified in each offer's terms and begin from the date the bonus is credited or the offer opt-in date, whichever is earlier.
vin345 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel associated winnings and close an account where it determines that bonus terms have been abused, circumvented or exploited through coordinated betting activity, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or any other means. This determination is made at the Operator's sole discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vin345.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vin345 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your use of the vin345 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described therein.
vin345 collects personal data including registration information, transaction history, gameplay data and communications for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with legal obligations, and improving user experience. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting vin345 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed in accordance with the applicable offer terms. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
vin345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a User has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued account operation would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or financial risk. In such circumstances, the Operator will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
